A Science Teacher is needed in a Coeducational Comprehensive Secondary School in South East London.

This Science Teacher position will be full time and long term.

The team need a Science Teacher to join them for at least 1 term (September to December).

Teaching for this Science Teacher post will be for KS3 to KS4 classes.

KS5 lessons can be added to the timetable, depending on availability and experience of the appointed Science Teacher.

The rates of pay for this Science Teacher role will be between £200 to £320 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Mixed Community Secondary School for pupils aged 11 to 16 years old, located in the London Borough of Lewisham.

There are currently around 1100 pupils enrolled at the school.

It was rated as 'Good' by Ofsted in the most recent inspection.

Good quality of education, the improvements the school have continued to make and the high expectations they set for all were highlighted as key areas of positivity.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you're a recently qualified Science Teacher or experienced Science Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Science Teacher or overseas trained Science Teacher.

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date DBS
• UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
• Experience as a Science Teacher in UK schools
