Join a secondary school in Charnwood, Leicestershire as a Science Technician and play a vital role in delivering exciting, safe, and well-resourced practical science lessons!

Key Duties:

• Prepare, assemble, and modify apparatus for Biology, Chemistry & Physics

• Make solutions and materials following CLEAPSS protocols

• Deliver & collect equipment from labs; maintain stock & COSHH records

• Trial experiments and assist with demonstrations

• Dispose of waste safely and correctly

• Maintain risk assessments, equipment, and specimens

• Support H&S compliance, attend meetings, and complete first aid duties

Requirements:

• Relevant Science Degree

• Lab or school technician experience preferred

• Knowledge of lab safety, COSHH & CLEAPSS

• Enhanced DBS Checked (or willing to apply)
