Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Manchester (UK)
Remuneration: Up to £600 per day
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (12 months, Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of self-organisation and empowerment within the team.
• Identify and navigate roadblocks, ensuring smooth progression towards sprint goals and group OKRs.
• Use your conflict resolution skills to maintain a positive environment, enhancing team dynamics.
• Inspire and motivate team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing atmosphere.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring, ensuring proactive management.
• Communicate openly with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and progress is communicated effectively.
• Encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving, driving continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead with integrity and emotional intelligence, adapting to change while keeping the team engaged.

What We're Looking For:

• Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working.
• Certification as a Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master.
• Strong leadership traits with a focus on adaptability and emotional intelligence.
• A high-energy individual who is passionate about innovation and continuous learning.
• Proven ability to influence and inspire those around you, fostering a non-hierarchical culture of trust and transparency.
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for resolving conflicts and navigating challenges.
