Job Description - Sealant Applicator / Maintenance

Pertemps technical are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Sealant Applicator / Maintenance Operative to assist with scheduled maintenance across several student accommodation sites.

Key Details:

Rate: £12.60 per hour
Shifts: 08:30 – 16:30 daily
Type: Temporary / Contract
Location: Multiple sites across the region (details below)

Schedule of Work ( No weekends excluding Saturday 30th-Sunday 31st August ):

7 days: Monday 30th June – Tuesday 8th July
2 days: Saturday 30th – Sunday 31st August
7 days: Wednesday 9th – Tuesday 17th July
1 day: Monday 8th September
4 days: Monday 25th – Thursday 28th August
1 day: Friday 29th August
5 days: Monday 1st – Friday 5th September
4 days: Tuesday 9th – Friday 12th September

Responsibilities:

Applying silicone sealant in kitchens, bathrooms, and around windows/doors
General maintenance tasks as required on-site
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas
Reporting any repairs or issues to site management

Requirements:

Previous experience with silicone sealant application essential
Basic knowledge of general maintenance
Ability to work independently and follow site schedules
Punctual, reliable, and professional
