£14.00 per hour | Full UK Driving Licence Required | May - Mid September 2025

We are recruiting on behalf of a public services provider for a Seasonal Park Ranger to join a dynamic team supporting the Ranger Service across Watford's parks and open spaces.

Role Overview:
You'll provide a visible, proactive presence in local parks, engaging with the public, responding to incidents, and helping maintain safe, welcoming green spaces. Duties range from patrolling and deterring anti-social behaviour to supporting events and assisting with minor maintenance tasks.

Key Details:

• Shift Pattern: 2 weeks on, 1 week off

• Hours: 11:30am - 8:00pm (56 hours per working week)

• Includes weekend and evening work

• Varied, hands-on role involving community engagement, enforcement support, and site upkeep

Requirements:

• Must hold a full UK driving licence

• Confident working independently outdoors in all weather

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility and a community-focused attitude are essential
