Pop-Up Store Manager – Seasonal Role

Location: Palma De Mallorca – Puerto Adriano
Contract Type: Seasonal (2 months)
Start Date: 5th July – 5th September

About the Company A fast-growing British eco brand specialising in innovative marine safety products made from recycled materials. With a focus on sustainability and ocean protection, the company is trusted by water sports enthusiasts and conservationists alike. The team is now looking for a confident and capable Pop-Up Store Manager to lead their summer retail experience in Puerto Adriano.

Role Overview This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at a high-footfall seasonal store located in a luxury marina. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of daily operations — from setup and customer engagement to stock management and sales reporting. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and passionate about sustainability and the ocean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the pop-up retail space

  • Set up and dismantle branded display areas efficiently

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service

  • Educate customers on the product range and the brand’s mission

  • Manage inventory and operate POS systems

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and management of any seasonal staff (if required)

  • Report sales data and performance metrics to the head office

Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail, events, or customer service (preferably with lifestyle or outdoor brands)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable with physical setup tasks (e.g., lifting, assembling displays)

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

  • Desirable: Background or interest in water sports, diving, marine safety, or environmental causes

Role Details
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Store Schedule: Open 7 days a week

  • Work Days: 5 days per week (typically Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday and one weekday off)
