The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum two years’ experience as a High School Principal
• Certified and experienced in delivering the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP)
• Proven leadership in academic, wellbeing, and staff development areas
• Strong communication skills with experience in parent and community engagement
• Demonstrated success in implementing the IB curriculum and managing assessment
• Deep knowledge of safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
• A collaborative and visionary leadership style
