Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at a vibrant secondary school in Connah's Quay. This temporary position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoys working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the school staff and management.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain student records and update databases.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and school events.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students.

Requirements:

• Must have experiences with SIMs.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
