A Secondary School in Central Birmingham is looking for a School Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8.00 am - 4.00 pm and is a long term temporary role to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

The role will entail dealing with parent queries on the phone, updating the pupil system with student information such as attendance and helping out with the admin team covering the school reception desks on a rota basis.

Please note this is a busy school office and requires an individual that can work under pressure.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this
