Role:  Secondary School Teacher
Location: Swindon and the Wider Wiltshire 
Contract: Temporary 
Rates of Pay: £120 - £230 per day

The Role:

We are seeking reliable, passionate, and experienced Supply Teachers to join our team temporarily. The responsibilities of this role include:

•    Delivering engaging lessons to students across a range of subjects and year groups.  

•    Collaborating effectively with classroom teachers to support lesson delivery and promote student progress.  

•    Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.  

•    Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.  

•    Maintaining accurate records and providing reports on student progress.

What We're Looking For:

•    Teachers with a bachelor's degree in their chosen subject, followed by a postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) Essential

•    Qualified Teachers Status (Desirable)

•    A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

•    Strong classroom management skills.

•    The ability to adapt quickly to different teaching situations and student needs.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Reliability and punctuality.

•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
