SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary | Dunstable | September Start

This isn't your average TA role.

We're looking for a confident, down-to-earth SEN Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Dunstable. You'll be supporting students with additional needs who need patience, structure, and someone who won't give up on them.

This alternative provision is a welcoming and enjoyable place to work - all staff work closely to ensure a fun and safe learning environment.

The role includes:

• Working 1:1 and in small groups, both in and out of class

• Helping students stay focused, calm, and confident

• Being part of a brilliant SEN team that actually works together

What we're after:

• Experience supporting young people with SEN (schools, care, youth work - we're open)

• A calm, consistent approach and a sense of humour

• Full-time availability from September

Pay: £90-£100 per day

Start: September
