Secondary Supply Teacher

This opportunity is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience, as well as retired professionals wishing to return to teaching in a flexible and fulfilling capacity.

The Role

As a supply teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and key stages (KS3-KS4)
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles
• Provide feedback to schools on pupil engagement and progress

Whether you are available one day a week or five, we offer assignments tailored to your availability and preferences.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
