Pay: £124 - £189 per day (dependent on experience)

The Supply Register is excited to partner with multi-academy trusts across Tamworth to recruit passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers for a variety of flexible teaching opportunities. We are seeking individuals to cover a range of subjects and year groups, as well as those with subject specialisms, for both short-term and long-term placements.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an NQT looking to build your career, we offer the flexibility to work across different schools and subject areas, making a real difference in students' lives.

• Deliver lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, or within your subject specialism, to meet curriculum objectives.

• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

• Support students with varying levels of ability, ensuring all learners stay engaged and on track.

• Provide feedback on student progress and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with staff across the school and multi-academy trust to ensure consistency in teaching standards.

• Report any safeguarding or behavioural concerns promptly in line with school policies.

• Qualified Secondary Teacher: You must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it.

• Experience: Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is essential, particularly in your subject area (if applying for a subject-specialist role).

• Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).

• Flexibility: Ability to teach across a variety of subjects and year groups (or within your subject specialism, if applicable).

• Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and helping students achieve their full potential.

• Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with students, staff, and parents effectively.
