We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant team for the upcoming academic year in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and are eager to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons alongside the lead teacher, ensuring all materials are ready and objectives are clear.
• Support individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete their tasks.
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and helping adjust learning strategies as needed.
• Contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in school meetings and training sessions to continuously develop professional skills and knowledge.
• Assist with the supervision of students during non-classroom times, including lunch breaks and field trips.

• Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to student learning and well-being.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
