A brillant client of ours based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a secretary temp for 3 weeks maybe longer, ideally starting next week (week starting 26th May). This is a 100% office based role.
The role will include:
• Set up new files and assist in preparing trial bundles
• Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress
• Conduct legal research and assist with digital dictation
• Manage diaries and provide administrative support
• Coordinate with barristers, courts, and third parties
Qualifications
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
