Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving transformation in the securities operations space? Our client is seeking a skilled Securities Operations Project Manager to lead project management and business analysis activities within their fixed income securities operations business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple initiatives, managing their planning, structure, scoping, and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to align project initiatives with enterprise and design standards. Identify and document business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives.
• Transformation Management: Proactively manage the transformation process, identifying and implementing contingency plans as necessary to stay on target.
• Reporting: Produce comprehensive management reports on project status and progress to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications through close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficient in analysing business data to identify trends and issues. Experience in developing reports and dashboards to measure performance.
• Solution Design and Validation: Ability to propose and evaluate effective solutions to meet business needs. Conduct testing and validation of new processes or systems prior to full implementation.
• Process Design Mindset: Strong focus on operational excellence and process design, with the ability to drive transformation effectively.
• organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, including the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Project Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with project governance, including documentation, reporting, tollgates, and risk identification.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to navigate complex problems and transfer knowledge to teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
