Shifts: 4 on 4 off - 12 hours shifts - Am - Pm and Pm - Am
Pay Rate : £13.62 per hour
Temp to perm position for the right candidate.

Our client based in Draycott is looking for a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer to join their team.

Security Officer Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises and personnel.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety will be instrumental in ensuring the protection of client's assets.
- Conduct regular rounds to detect and deter any suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
- Implement security measures to protect property against theft, vandalism, and illegal activity.
- Operate systems to observe activities within the premises.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or incidents.

Security Officer Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
- Knowledge of techniques.
- Ability to operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
