My client is an instantly recognisable firm who require a Security Scrum Master with experience in driving Agile ways of working and ideally CSM / PSM / SSM certification to join a business critical programme of work.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience of acting as a Security Scrum Master within a
  large, complex environment
• Proven experience of driving Agile ways of working
• Experience of leading Security teams
• Excellent organisational skills
• Superb ability to lead a Scrum team
• Exceptional communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience of working in the Insurance industry
• CSM / PSM / SSM certification
• SAFe experience
