SEMH Teacher

This maintained special school in Carshalton is looking for a dedicated and experienced teacher to join them, with the opportunity of a permanent role in due course.

You will have a track record of success working with learners with SEN and SEMH, and you will be resilient and resourceful, a strong team player with a good sense of humour.

The team of staff is well established and welcoming to new members, there is regular training and CPD on offer and good career progression is available to staff with the mindset and skills to go further.

Although you will be working with learners from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4, a background in primary is strongly preferred due to the needs and learning styles of the learners - but if you are an excellent secondary teacher who feels drawn to the role we would still love to hear from you.
