**Role Overview: **

As an integral part of the dedicated and support team, you will:

- Provide **individual and group support** for students with SEN, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND).

- Serve as a **mentor**, ensuring availability to address any challenges students may face and handling confidential matters discreetly.

- Develop, deliver, and assess inspiring learning programs to create a high-quality teaching experience.

- Execute pre-planned activities to assist students in reaching their full potential.

**Requirements: **

- **Ideally NVQ2/NVQ3 qualification** or equivalent - not mandatory

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience as a teaching/learning assistant or classroom assistant.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Passion for working with children with SEN.

- Adaptability in teaching methods for different student groups.
