SEMH Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking for a full time SEMH TA to join a Primary School in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions focused on emotional regulation, social skills and resilience.
• Monitor and report on pupil progress, behaviour, and emotional needs, maintaining accurate records.
• Promote a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment that supports positive outcomes.
• Use de-escalation and positive behaviour support techniques in line with the school's behaviour policy.
