?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
• Assisting teachers in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Offering one-on-one or small group support to help students reach their full potential.
• Supporting classroom management and helping with day-to-day tasks.

? What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred, but not essential).
