Hays Education is on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our team in Rotherham. We have immediate placements available, and we welcome applications from professionals currently working with other agencies.
?? What You'll Be Doing:

• ? Empowering students with SEMH needs to grow academically and personally.
• ?? Supporting inclusive learning environments alongside experienced educators.
• ?? Providing tailored one-on-one or small group support.
• ?? Assisting with classroom management and day-to-day tasks.

? What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
• Experience working within a care background such as social care, health and social care, nursing tec
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant qualifications or training (a bonus, not a must!).
