SEN 1:1 TA

A welcoming and inclusive nursery school in Dudley is seeking experienced and passionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team in the Inclusion Hub. This setting is committed to providing high-quality early years education and tailored support for children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
As a 1:1 SEN TA, you will work closely with individual children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting their learning, development, and emotional well-being. You will play a key role in helping children access the curriculum and reach their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience supporting children with SEN in an EYFS setting
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or supporting teaching and learning
• Strong understanding of inclusive practices and the EYFS framework
• Experience using communication tools such as Makaton, PECS, or visual timetables
• A patient, proactive, and caring approach to supporting young learners
