Salary: £90 - £105 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full Time

Are you a caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in young people's lives? Our welcoming secondary school, located in the heart of Romford, is currently seeking dedicated SEN Classroom Assistants to join our supportive team.

As a SEN Classroom Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, and behavioural challenges. Your role will involve providing one-to-one and group support within the classroom and in our dedicated resourced provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEN in lessons and in small group settings

• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN team

• Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual learning needs

• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
