SEN EYFS Teaching Assistant

Your new role
Our client, a fantastic school in the South Liverpool area, is looking for an experienced Special Educational Needs EYFS Teaching Assistant to start in September on a full time temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent for the right candidate. Our client is seeking someone with previous SEN experience, working 1:1 with pupils with different levels of needs.

You will be assisting 1:1 with a child with complex needs. You will need to be Level 2 qualified, compassionate, patient & understanding. Experience of implementing reward strategies, providing emotional and physical support, dealing with managing behaviours and using alternative teaching strategies is desirable. What you'll need to succeed
-Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
-Full DBS on the update service
-Skills in communication, literacy & numeracy
-Experience of working with children with different levels of needs
