The Role:
This is a full-time role supporting pupils with ADHD in a high-performing secondary school. As a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teaching staff and the SEN department to provide tailored academic and behavioural support across a range of subjects. You’ll work 1:1 with pupils and in small groups, helping to manage attention, improve focus, and break down learning into accessible steps. You’ll also support students with strategies to stay organised and engaged in lessons.

The Candidate:
The school is seeking a graduate with a background in psychology, education, or a related field who has a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs. You must be calm, organised, and confident in your communication. Any experience working with children or young people, especially in a school or SEN environment, will be highly valued. An understanding of ADHD and strategies to support neurodivergent learners will give you a clear advantage.
