About the Role:

We are seeking four dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentors to join a vibrant and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Lymm. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with a range of additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities and interventions
• Support pupils’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Essential Requirements:

• A recognised Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification
• A resilient and patient approach to working with children with complex needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in a SEN setting
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs
