We are recruiting for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly college team supporting learners with additional needs. This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference by providing tailored support in classrooms, workshops, and during off-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
• Assist in classrooms, workshops, and during breaks or outings.
• Adapt learning materials and collaborate with teaching staff for individual needs.
• Support students as reader or scribe during exams.
• Modify resources using accessible formats and technology.
• Contribute to EHCP meetings, student reviews, and planning.
• Maintain accurate records including ILPs and attendance.
• Support development of life skills and independence.

• Experience working with SEN students in education.

• Dedicated to helping learners reach their full potential.
