Job Title: Level 3 Childcare Learning Support Assistant
Location: Camden, London
Start Date: After October Half Term
Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Salary: £85-£110 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Childcare professional to join a welcoming primary school in Camden as a full-time Learning Support Assistant, starting after October Half Term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting children's development and a commitment to making a real difference in the classroom.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

• Assist the teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom management.

• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

• Support children's social, emotional, and academic progress.

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).

• Previous experience working with children in a school or nursery setting.

• A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach.

• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
