SSEN Learning Support Assistants – September Start
?? Location: Hereford
?? Roles: Full-time & Part-time (long-term, ongoing opportunities)
?? Rate: £14 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs (SEN)? We’re currently recruiting dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive team in Hereford this September.
These roles offer long-term and flexible opportunities for individuals with experience in SEN support – with both part-time and full-time hours available.

?? Your Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students aged 16–19
Support learners with a variety of needs including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Help implement tailored learning interventions and personalised education plans
Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive, positive learning environment
Assist in developing communication, independence, and social skills

? What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with SEN is essential
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate, proactive attitude

?? Details:

£14 per hour
Long-term, ongoing positions with potential for temp contracts
Start: September (Immediate start options available)
