SEN Learning Support Assistant - Hillingdon

Contract: Permanent | Part-Time (27.5 hours/week, Term Time Only)

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Hays Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon, to recruit a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.

The Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with complex needs across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to help children access the curriculum and achieve their personal targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with speech, language, and communication needs
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils' personal development and wellbeing
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a primary setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or equivalent)
