?? Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans.
• Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence in the classroom.
• Support with personal care and emotional regulation when needed.

???? What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
