We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary schools in Bradford. This rewarding role involves supporting students with a range of special educational needs across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our schools are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for all learners, particularly those who face additional challenges. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and who can bring patience, empathy, and creativity to the classroom.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.
• Assist teachers in adapting lesson plans and resources to meet individual learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and confidence.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
• Support students with personal care or mobility needs where required (training provided).

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential.
• Experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
• Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship not provided).
