We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced SEN TAs to support pupils across mainstream and specialist schools. Whether you're looking for short-term supply or a long-term placement, we have opportunities to suit your availability and skills.

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to deliver tailored support
• Assisting class teachers in creating inclusive learning environments
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (in school or care settings)
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable
