Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Contract

Job Description:

Reed Education is recruiting for experienced SEN Support Staff to join a highly inclusive and well-organised special needs school in the Scunthorpe area. This setting caters to children and young people with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties and communication challenges.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assist with learning activities, daily routines and personal development
• Promote engagement, independence and emotional well-being
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience working with children or adults with SEN (in education or care settings)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A calm and flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
