Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? A supportive and inclusive school in Luton is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

• Location: Luton

• Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

• Start Date: September 2025

• Contract: Full-time, long-term (potential for permanent)

You will work closely with students aged 11-16 with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. Your role will involve both 1:1 and small group support, helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN

• Calm, patient, and resilient approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners

• Immediate or September availability

• Experience with EHCPs, behaviour management, or personal care

• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Team Teach, etc.)
