Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?

Academics Ltd is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN TAs to work in supportive and inclusive secondary schools across Grimsby. We have both part-time and full-time temporary positions available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

• Supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students access the curriculum

• Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN

• Patient, adaptable, and compassionate with strong communication skills

• A positive role model with a genuine desire to support learners

• A current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)

• Flexible working to suit your schedule

• Ongoing CPD and professional development
