We're looking for several confident, compassionate and proactive SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants to support learners in specialist and mainstream settings in the LS10 area. These full-time roles (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm) start at £90 per day and are ideal for those with a passion for making a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour with consistency and care

• Providing personal care when required with sensitivity and dignity

• Creating safe, structured, and engaging learning environments

• Helping pupils develop both academically and socially, in line with EHCPs

• Working closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in SEN, SEMH, care or behaviour support roles

• Candidates with psychology, education, or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged

• A proactive, energetic, and compassionate approach-you're here for the right reasons

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
