SEN teaching assistant. MUST drive. Lincoln LN6

Are you committed to supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of our inclusive school community.

About the Role
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of special needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and develop their skills confidently. Your role will be vital in creating a nurturing environment where every child can succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist individual and small groups of students with special educational needs
* Support learning activities and adapt resources to meet diverse needs
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development
* Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support pupils' progress

Who We're Looking For
* Experience working with children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, or communication difficulties
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training

DETAILS:
Working hours: 8.30-15.30 (term time only) full time, long term with possibility to become permanent
Pay: 95-105£ a day
Start: now or September 2025
Transport: the candidate must drive as the school is not accessible by public transport
