• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Work closely with support staff and external specialists to implement EHCPs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
• Use creative strategies to engage and motivate students with SEN.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education.
• A strong understanding of strategies for supporting SEN students.
• Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire young learners.
