Position: Special Needs Teacher

Location: Birmingham

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
