We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our specialist primary school in West Drayton this September. Our school provides a supportive and nurturing environment for children with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language challenges, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning profiles
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and therapists to support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Promote independence, confidence, and meaningful progress for every child

We're seeking someone who is:

• A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
• Experienced in working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
• Patient, empathetic, and innovative in approach
• Skilled in using inclusive strategies to meet a wide range of needs
• Committed to making a lasting difference in children's lives
