This is a rewarding role supporting learners with a variety of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, SLD, CLD, and PMLD. You'll help create structured and stimulating lessons that meet each pupil's needs.Main Duties:

Plan and lead lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
Work with small groups and 1:1 when required
Foster a calm, safe learning atmosphere
Use behaviour management strategies that promote engagement
Provide personal care support as needed

Essential Requirements:

QTS recognised in the UK
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
A current Enhanced DBS or willing to apply
Prior experience with SEN students
Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm)
