About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored education to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them achieve their individual learning goals and develop independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with diverse SEN requirements
• Creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring pupil progress against specific targets
• Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and support staff
• Liaising closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support
• Adapting teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning styles and needs
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and communication development

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN provision
• Strong understanding of different learning difficulties and disabilities
• Excellent classroom management and differentiation skills
• Patient, creative, and adaptable teaching approach
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
