We're recruiting for a passionate SEN Teacher to join a well-established Key Stage 4 alternative provision in Telford, supporting students aged 14-16 with a range of needs including SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

You'll be delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in a small, supportive setting focused on re-engagement, personal development, and positive outcomes for learners at risk of exclusion.

? Requirements:
- QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
- Experience with SEN and behaviour support (SEMH ideal)
- Strong classroom management and flexible teaching approach
