Randstad Education is hiring an SEN Teacher in Manchester!

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a school in Manchester for a long-term position. If you're committed to delivering tailored educational support to students with diverse learning needs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the UK
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• No sponsorship provided; applicants must already have the right to work(RTW) in the UK.
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and approaches.
• Enhanced DBS on the updated service or willing to apply for one.

• Provide high-quality, inclusive education to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Develop tailored learning plans to support the individual learning needs of each student.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students' progress and well-being.
• Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school staff.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Deliver lessons in line with the UK curriculum while accommodating individual learning styles.
