About the Role:
You'll support children with complex learning needs including autism, severe learning difficulties, ADHD, and profound needs. This is a role for a teacher who values inclusivity and thrives in a nurturing, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lessons that are accessible for all learners
  
  
• Use a variety of teaching approaches tailored to SEN pupils
  
  
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom
  
  
• Respond to behavioural challenges with empathy
  
  
• Support with physical or personal care if needed
  
  

To Be Considered You Must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  
  
• Have the right to work in the UK
  
  
• Be DBS-registered or willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
  
  
• Have prior SEN teaching experience
  
  
• Be confident in behaviour management and curriculum adaptation
  
  
• Be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
