Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference this September? We are working in partnership with a dedicated and nurturing Special Educational Needs (SEN) School seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team on a long-term basis starting in the new academic year.

About the Role:

• Full-time teaching role in a supportive and well-resourced SEN setting
• Delivering tailored learning to students with a range of complex needs, including autism (ASC), moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD), and speech, language and communication needs
• Collaborating closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure each pupil thrives
• Opportunity to work within a forward-thinking team that prioritises inclusion, wellbeing, and progress

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - SEN experience essential
• A calm, adaptable, and nurturing teaching style
• Experience with EHCPs, differentiation, and behaviour management strategies
• Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential
