The school supports children with a variety of complex needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning challenges.

As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
• Working alongside teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals.
• Creating a safe, structured, and motivating environment.
• Encouraging pupil independence, progress, and self-confidence.
• Regularly assessing and adapting strategies to meet individual needs.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience working in an SEN setting (primary preferred)
• A calm, patient, and adaptive approach to teaching
• A strong understanding of inclusive, pupil-centred strategies
• Passion for helping every child succeed, both academically and personally
